We recently acted as a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Independent Compliance Consultant and issued findings to the United States government following a Securities and Exchange Commission and Justice Department investigation in India.

On December 9, 2008, Mr. Klink was a featured speaker at the Asian Pacific Leveraged Finance Conference in Hong Kong. He spoke about the importance of conducting due diligence investigations in the region and identifying political and business risks prior to committing capital.

Klink & Co., Inc. founder and CEO Jeffrey Klink was a speaker at the American Corporate Counsel Association's annual meeting in Seattle, Washington on October 21, 2008. He and corporate counsel from Dow Corning, Alcoa, and noted Asian expert Dennis Unkovic spoke about "Succeeding in China and India: The Next Ten Years.".
