September 27, 2006- Klink & Co., Inc. CEO Attends Special Situations Conference: On September 27, 2006 our CEO Jeffrey Klink attended the Special Situations Conference in London held by Credit Suisse, which attracted 500 investment professionals from major financial institutions and hedge and equity funds from Europe, Asia and the U.S.  Most of the participants acknowledged a slowdown in the world economy but were quick to note the substantial successes of India and China.  The lack of viable investment opportunities was noted as was the substantial availability of capital.  Investors are looking for good opportunities.  Sellers of distressed debt and equity positions were viewed as having a current advantage over buyers.

Klink & Co. attended to keep abreast of economic trends to assure that our due diligence services continue to provide valuable information about investment opportunities.

September 2006 - Klink & Co., Inc. Now Located Worldwide: Klink & Co. is pleased to announce that it will be opening two new offices in late September; one will be located in London and the other in Hong Kong. The transition from a domestic to a multinational company will provide us with the opportunity to expand our clientele. We are looking forward to establishing new business ventures and international relationships.

May 2006 - Klink & Co., Inc. Adds Two New Hires: Klink & Co. would like to welcome Megan Schreck and Jennifer Rohrbach to our staff. Megan is a 2006 graduate from Marietta College located in Marietta, OH. With a dual degree in Organizational Communications & Advertising/Public Relations, Megan will be handling the marketing aspects for Klink & Co. She will begin her M.B.A this fall at Point Park University.

Jennifer is entering her third year of law school at the University of Pittsburgh. She received a degree in Economics from Penn State University in 2004. She has been hired as a summer intern and will continue to work with Klink & Co., part time throughout the school year.
