Klink Participated In International Visitor Leadership Program
Jeffrey Klink, CEO of Klink & Co., Inc., was selected to advise a high-ranking delegation of Chinese industry and academic leaders on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and global risk matters. Mr. Klink was invited to provide guidance on these issues as part of the United States State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) held in Cleveland, Ohio on Friday, June 2, 2017.
The IVLP is a prestigious program by nomination only and designed to cultivate lasting relationships between current and emerging professionals around the world and their American counterparts.
Alumni from the IVLP program include 337 current and former chiefs of state and heads of government. One alumni of note is Teresa May, the current Prime Minister of the U.K.
Jeffrey Klink is the CEO of Klink & Co. and founded the firm in 2001. He is a former United States Department of Justice prosecutor and a recognized expert on fraud, employee misconduct, vendor kickback investigations, and FCPA compliance.
Klink & Co. is a global risk consultancy that performs FCPA compliance services, due diligence, and fraud investigations, primarily for large, global public companies. The firm works in over 100 countries every year, and has special expertise in China, Russia, India, and throughout Africa.

Mr. Klink has performed dozens of large, complex kickback investigations for multinational organizations involving the corrupt payment of hundreds of millions of dollars from vendors to employees of global public companies.
Mr. Klink has been a guest on the Bloomberg network, Fox, ABC, and other media outlets. He has been published in multiple publications, including the American Corporate Counsel Association's Docket magazine, where he was co-author of a cover article on resolving fraud and compliance risks for corporations, and the National Law Journal.
