KLINK has created this Privacy Policy statement and related policies and procedures to inform and articulate our processes regarding how we gather, store, and disseminate information on and outside this website. Compliance with domestic and global privacy regulations is a priority for KLINK and its family of companies. By using, reading, or considering any firm website, you consent to the data practices described herein.
Regarding domestic United States privacy compliance, we have reviewed and comply with the obligations set forth in the U.S. Privacy Shield.
We stress that our policies and processes are designed to severely limit the access and use of private information by others unless for a specific compliant purpose.
KLINK and its family of companies follow the privacy mandates of all domestic and global regulations, and in addition to the United States, we follow the obligations of the United Kingdom, the Eurozone, and the mandates of the GDPR. KLINK complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce (each, a “Data Privacy Framework”) with respect to personal information that is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland to the United States within the scope of our activities and as per legal mandates.
If you are a California resident, you are entitled to request information concerning any personal information you provide to us as part of an established business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes that we disclose to nonaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share such personal information with nonaffiliated third parties for such purposes.

We have in place reasonable and evolving commercial standards of technology and operational security to protect all personal information provided by users with respect to communications, or via the websites, from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

The Website may host information or opportunities or services that allow you to share content with other users (collectively “Social Media Applications”). Any personal information or other information that you contribute to any Social Media Application can be read, collected and used by other users of that Social Media Application over whom we have little or no control.

Information Collection – Limited and Specific
The KLINK websites do not collect any personal information about you unless you intentionally and knowingly provide such information to us. We do not solicit information from you unless for a specific and mutually agreed purpose.
During various times, to provide our clients with a product or service, KLINK may also collect the following information, while maintaining and securing private information:
1. Name, address, phone number, and e-mail address;
2. Date of birth, driver’s license number, country identification number, licensing number, Social Security number, passport number, or other similar information;
3. Copies of government-issued photo identification, Social Security card and/or utility bill(s), where applicable;
4. Consumer credit file(s), as applicable and with permission (infrequently);
5. Your responses to security questions; the information you provide in customer service correspondence; and in your providing feedback to us.
What We Do with Information
To emphasize, KLINK does not offer for sale, sell, rent, lease or provide customer data and/or customer lists to third parties. That is not our business model, nor is it permissible.
We do use personal information that you or your organization provide to KLINK to deliver the limited services we have agreed to perform. We use personal and other information provided to us to serve our clients lawfully and appropriately. We may use certain information solely to manage our relationship with your organization, support internal business purposes, develop products or services, conduct statistical analysis, verify identities and addresses, and fulfill other legitimate business needs. When you or your organization closes an account, we will continue to store and may share the collected personal and non-personal information as required by law and applicable regulations.
Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Information
KLINK will not share personal information collected from you with third parties except in limited circumstances, including in support of our operations and as necessary to facilitate the specific and limited purpose for which you provided it. In order for us to provide you with one or more of our services, KLINK may share your personal information with other firms within the KLINK network of firms; with third-party service providers retained by KLINK to provide services, or with others, such as credit bureaus (for instance, in order to provide you with your credit reporting history). These affiliated companies or third-party service providers use your personal information only to accomplish the purposes for which the information was collected under our agreements with them. Marketing Communications
KLINK may collect information when we interact with you in person or when you respond to one of our emails or other communications. You may “opt out” of marketing emails. Additionally, we may use various public sources and social networking platforms such as LinkedIn to collect personal information. The data we receive from these third-party platforms is dependent upon that third-party’s policies and your privacy settings on that third-party site. We follow all mandates from LinkedIn and others that permit access to their platforms. In some instances, we may also collect information from your employer. We maintain contact information (such as name, title, firm, mailing and e-mail address, phone and fax number), and information about which specific interests are pertinent to you. You do not need to submit personal information to use the KLINK website. We may and often will use your information for the purposes of providing you valuable and interesting content and information. Within the U.S., KLINK remains compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and other applicable laws. Outside the U.S., KLINK only markets to you with your express affirmative consent to remain compliant with applicable data privacy laws. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
KLINK uses Google Analytics in limited ways; you may turn off Google Analytics tracking and disable cookies in your browser settings. Google Analytics does not share actual IP address information with Google Analytics customers (Learn more). Global Privacy Control (GPC) can also be utilized for limiting access to personal information. We may also track users by IP address and by Cookies (cookies can be disabled in your browser settings) for broad demographic data, as well as to help make sure that we are delivering the information you want. Our uses of Cookies and other tracking are limited and specific and for compliant purposes only. “Do Not Track” signals are options available on your browser to tell operators of websites that you do not wish to have your online activity tracked. Our websites operate no differently if these “Do Not Track” signals are enabled or disabled. Our Internet Services do not allow any third parties to collect personal Information about your online activities over time or across websites for their own purposes.
Children
