President and CEO Jeffrey M. Klink to Advise Chinese Leaders During the US State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program


Pittsburgh, PA, June 1, 2017 – Jeffrey Klink, President and CEO of Klink & Co. was selected to advise a high-ranking delegation of Chinese industry and academic leaders on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and global risk matters. Mr. Klink was invited to provide guidance on these issues as part of the United States State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) held in Cleveland, Ohio on Friday, June 2, 2017.

The IVLP is a prestigious program by nomination only and designed to cultivate lasting relationships between current and emerging professionals around the world and their American counterparts.

Alumni from the IVLP program include 337 current and former Chiefs of State and heads of government.  One alumni of note is Teresa May, the current Prime Minister of the U.K.

Mr. Klink created and teaches a dedicated course on compliance for the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. He is also on the Board of the Masters of Fraud and Forensics program for Carlow University and is a guest lecturer on fraud and investigations for Drexel University.

Mr. Klink has been a guest on the Bloomberg network, Fox, ABC, and other media outlets. He has been published in multiple publications, including the American Corporate Counsel Association’s Docket magazine, where he was co-author of a cover article on resolving fraud and compliance risks for corporations, and the National Law Journal.

Mr. Klink received his law degree and bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and is a licensed investigator.
